Unveiling Purpose from Pain
Without healing, there can be no authenticity because we would always wear a camouflage, hiding our true selves behind a facade of protection, fear, and unresolved pain.

In one of my learning modules at the Visionary Compass Accelerator Program, I recently learnt about unveiling purpose from pain.
This resonated so deeply with me because I understand how painful experiences of the past can change our original design and make us live our lives in grayscale rather than in vivid colours.

I know when we hear 'pain', our minds default to thinking about something very severe/damaging. However, did you know that our waiting seasons, disappointments, and unmet expectations could also cause our hearts to be weary?
This is the moment you doubt yourself, even doubt God, because you feel heartbroken that He didn't come through for you as you'd have wanted Him to.
I hope today, you find some time to reflect on significant occurrences in your past that marked your heart, but you moved on from it like it didn't matter.
Without healing, there can be no authenticity because we would always wear a camouflage, hiding our true selves behind a facade of protection, fear, and unresolved pain.
Healing is possible, and the highest healing available to man is to learn from those painful experiences and find purpose in that pain.
