Dealing with Disappointment
Now and again, we face disappointing situations that can be unsettling, and the temptation is to let our thoughts run wild until we find ourselves in a dark hole.

This impacted my mood, and I realised that all of a sudden different unfruitful thoughts (worry) started popping up in my mind and I had to stop to reflect.
Because I am more self-aware and in tune with my authentic self, I could tell that if I stayed in this mood and allowed myself to worry about things, I would be ruining the rest of my evening.
So, I decided to let go and refocus my mind on things I can control.
