The Power of Foresight

After Lot had gone, the Lord said to Abram, โ๐๐จ๐จ๐ค ๐๐ฌ ๐๐๐ซ ๐๐ฌ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐๐๐ง ๐ฌ๐๐ in every directionโnorth and south, east and west. I am giving all this land, ๐๐ฌ ๐๐๐ซ ๐๐ฌ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐๐๐ง ๐ฌ๐๐, to you and your descendants as a permanent possession. - Genesisโฌ โญ13โฌ:โญ14โฌ-โญ15โฌ โญNLTโฌโฌ
God was taking Abraham (at the time Abram) on a visioning journey in these verses.
God was willing to give Abraham all the land, but with a little catch: โ๐๐ฌ ๐๐๐ซ ๐๐ฌ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฌ ๐๐๐ง ๐ฌ๐๐.โ
The eyes referred to here arenโt the physical eyes. If it was, then Abraham would have only been able to see approximately 1.6 miles from his position (all things being equal).
I believe the eyes referred to here are the mind's eye. With this, the only limit to sight is ones mindset and belief system.
๐๐จ๐ฐ, ๐ข๐ฆ๐๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ฆ๐ ๐จ๐๐๐๐ซ. ๐๐จ๐ฐ ๐๐๐ซ ๐๐๐ง ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ฌ๐๐?

As we start a new week, I want you to see life beyond your current environment and current circumstances. The Bible gives us the blueprint for our vision - north and south, east and west (the four cardinal directions).
